Terms & Conditions

EITRI keeps a list of the people who pay you regularly, works out who owes what, and emails you a daily list. It does not move money and does not contact your members. The Disclaimer sets out those limits in full.

• One login per organisation. You are responsible for everything done with it.
• You must give accurate details and keep them current.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract and authorised to act for the business you register.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your login has been compromised.

• The first 30 days are free on every plan.
• After that, plans start at ₹299 per month. Plans differ only by how many people you can add.
• Billing is monthly and recurring until you cancel. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
• If you authorise automatic payment, we charge the plan amount each month until you cancel that authorisation.
• Adding more people than your plan allows requires moving to a larger plan.

The first 30 days are free. Setting up auto-pay authorises future charges but collects nothing during that period, so there is nothing to refund for it. After that, paid months are not refunded — including if you change your mind, stop using EITRI, or cancel partway through a month.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing support@eitricreatives.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Billing mistakes are always put right, whatever the rule above says:

• Charged after cancelling. Refunded in full.
• Charged twice for the same month. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• Charged during the free trial. Refunded in full.
• The service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours through our fault. Refunded pro-rata.

Write to support@eitricreatives.com with the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. None of this limits your rights under Indian consumer law: where the law requires a refund, you get one.

EITRI never handles the fees your members pay you. That money goes straight from them to you. Any dispute about a member's fee is between you and that member, and no refund from us can apply to it.

EITRI is software delivered over the internet. There is nothing physical to ship, so there is no delivery charge, no delivery address and no return process.

• Access begins the moment your account is created — there is no waiting period.
• The service is reached in a browser at this website; nothing is installed.
• The daily report is emailed once a day to the address on your account.
• Because nothing is shipped, nothing can be returned. Cancelling is what replaces a return.
• After you stop paying, your data stays exportable as CSV for the period described in the Privacy Policy.

• EITRI does not collect money on your behalf. It records what you tell it you collected.
• We never contact your members. No SMS, no WhatsApp, no email from us to them — the reminders are sent by you, from your own phone.
• Totals and due dates are calculated from what you enter. They are not verified against a bank, and a wrong entry produces a wrong total.
• Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. What you may charge, what records you must keep and what tax you owe are yours to determine.
• The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects you, and you may cancel before the new price applies. We will not change the price of a month you have already paid for.

You own what you put in. We claim no rights over your member records beyond what is needed to run the service for you. You can export everything as CSV at any time, and you may ask us to delete it. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Store data about people without the right to do so.
• Use the service to harass anyone, or for unlawful debt collection.
• Attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe or bypass access controls, or test security without written permission.
• Resell the service or share one login across separate businesses.
• Overload the service deliberately, or use it in a way that degrades it for others.

We may suspend an account for unpaid fees after notice, or immediately for a serious breach of the acceptable-use terms above. Suspension locks access; it does not delete your data, and you may ask for an export.

You may stop at any time by cancelling. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, in which case we refund any period you have paid for but will not receive. Either way, you can export your data before access ends.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and we will email you if the change is significant. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
