Tap “Remind” and a polite message with the tenant’s name, room and amount opens in your WhatsApp. You never have to knock on a door or bring it up at the gate — the message does it for you, from your own number.

When a tenant pays, mark it in two taps — cash, UPI or bank. The due list updates at once, and a receipt goes to the tenant on WhatsApp, which ends most “I already paid” arguments before they start.

Questions PG owners ask
Is EITRI a full PG management system?
No. EITRI does the money part: who owes rent, reminders and receipts. It does not do bed maps, tenant KYC, food menus or a tenant app. Most small PG owners find that is the part they actually need help with.
Does EITRI send rent reminders to tenants automatically?
No. EITRI prepares a polite reminder with the tenant’s name, room and amount, and opens it in your own WhatsApp with one tap. It goes from your number, and you decide whether to send it. There are no per-message charges.
Does EITRI collect rent on my behalf?
No. Tenants keep paying you directly, by cash or UPI. You record the payment in EITRI in a couple of taps and can send the tenant a receipt on WhatsApp.
Can I manage more than one PG building?
Yes. Each location keeps its own tenant list, so dues from two buildings never mix, and you can switch between them from the dashboard.
